REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy governs refunds and cancellations for services and digital content provided by FitForm through the website www.fitform.life and the FitForm mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the FitForm General Terms and Conditions.

 

1. General Rule – Digital Content

1.1 FitForm provides digital content and subscription-based services.

1.2 Payments for digital content are non-refundable once access to or delivery of the digital content has begun, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

1.3 By purchasing or accessing digital content, the User expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once the digital content has been supplied, where permitted by applicable law.

 

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

2.2 Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the User to a refund for the current billing period, unless required by applicable law.

2.3 Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

 

3. App Store / Google Play Purchases

3.1 If a purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are governed exclusively by the refund policies of the respective platform.

3.2 Refund requests for such purchases must be submitted directly to Apple or Google through their account-management interfaces.

3.3 FitForm does not control, process, or guarantee refunds for purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

 

4. Direct Purchases

4.1 If FitForm enables direct purchases through the Platform or through other payment providers, refunds (where legally required) are processed in accordance with:

• applicable law; 
• the terms of the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

 

5. Exceptions and Mandatory Consumer Rights

5.1 Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

5.2 Refunds may be granted where:

• digital content was not delivered;
• a refund is required by law.

 

6. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

6.1 FitForm reserves the right to refuse refund requests where there is evidence of:

• fraud;
• abuse;
• violation of the General Terms and Conditions.

 

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

7.1 FitForm reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

7.2 Users will be notified of material changes via the Platform or by electronic means.

7.3 Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
