Complaints & Refunds

If you have a complaint, please contact us at contact@fitform.life. To ensure we can process your request quickly and securely, please:

  • Send the email from your registered login email.
  • Include your name and email in the message.
  • Describe the issue in detail.
  • Attach relevant screenshots.
  • Place all screenshots into a single archive (ZIP/RAR) before sending.
    • ⚠️ Without archiving, your message may not be delivered due to security restrictions.

Refund Policy

We generally do not provide refunds for purchased products, unless:

  • The product is empty.
  • The product does not meet internal quality standards.
  • You can provide proof that the issue is real.

Refund Conditions

  • If the problem was caused by an expert and the product does not meet internal quality standards, we will refund the amount.
  • If the problem was caused by the platform, then the product will either be re-activated or the money refunded.

Processing Time

  • All complaints are reviewed within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not issued if the product has been fully accessed, completed, or if the issue occurred due to user error.

About the Quiz The quiz is designed to help you monitor the changes that take place in your body over time. By completing it regularly, you can track your personal progress and stay motivated in your journey.

  • Frequency: You can choose to complete it at any time, once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month.
  • Data Tracking: Each entry is stored in your profile, giving you access to statistical data that shows whether you are making progress, maintaining, or experiencing regression.
  • Motivation: This ongoing feedback helps keep you motivated, reminding you that results depend entirely on your consistency and commitment.
  • Privacy: All collected data is for your personal use only. It is not shared or used elsewhere on the platform.

Delete Account

  • Account Deletion
    Once you delete your account, it will remain available for restoration for 2 months. After this period, the account will be permanently deleted.
  • Data Loss
    All your programs, progress, and stored information will be lost after permanent deletion.

    To restore your account within the 2-month period, please contact our support team at contact@fitform.life.
